• Klient zobowiązany jest do zapoznania się z treścią regulaminu.

• Wszystkie ceny są cenami umownymi i są indywidualnie dopasowane do wykonywanego tatuażu. W salonie nie ma jednoznacznego cennika usług. Wycena dokonywana jest na podstawie rozmiaru, stylu, kolorystyki czy szczegółowości tatuażu lub w przypadku dużych tatuaży na podstawie ilości całodziennych sesji poświęconych na ich wykonanie.

• Wstępnej rezerwacji terminu tatuowania można dokonać telefonicznie, mailowo, poprzez oficjalną stronę Facebook lub osobiście w studiu.

• Rezerwacja terminu powinna zostać potwierdzona poprzez uiszczenie przedpłaty na poczet sesji w wysokości ustalonej z tatuatorem. Podczas zapisywania się na kilka terminów przedpłata pobierana jest za każde spotkanie. Przedpłaty można dokonać osobiście w studiu, za pomocą paypala lub przelewem na konto. Dane konta paypal oraz numer konta wysyłamy drogą mailową. Przedpłata wliczana jest w ostateczną cenę tatuażu i jest równoznaczna z akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu.

• Na uiszczenie przedpłaty na koncie bankowym studio oczekuje 48 godzin. Po tym okresie zarezerwowany termin tatuowania zostaje anulowany.

• Klient ma prawo do zmiany terminu sesji, nie później niż na cztery dni robocze przed ustalonym terminem sesji. Nieprzybycie w wyznaczonym terminie lub brak powiadomienia na 4 dni robocze przed wykonaniem zabiegu jest jednoznaczne z utratą dokonanej opłaty. Zarezerwowanie nowego terminu wymaga jego potwierdzenia poprzez ponowne uiszczenie przedpłaty na poczet kolejnej sesji.

• W przypadku zaistnienia konieczności rezygnacji z tatuażu i umówionej wizyty, nie później niż na siedem dni roboczych przed zarezerwowanym terminem tatuowania, klient może ubiegać się o zwrot przedpłaty. W przypadku rezygnacji z terminu na nie mniej niż cztery dni robocze przed wykonaniem zabiegu klient ma prawo jednorazowo zmienić termin wizyty nie tracąc przy tym przedpłaty, następna zmiana terminu wiąże się z utratą opłaty. W przypadku rezygnacji z wykonania tatuażu na mniej niż 4 dni robocze przed wykonaniem zabiegu przedpłata nie podlega zwrotowi .

• W przypadku, gdy sesja ma się odbyć na konwencie tatuażu zaliczka jest zwrotna do 11 dni przed umówionym terminem, na 10 dni przed Konwentem zaliczka jest bezzwrotna.

• Tatuator ma prawo do zmiany terminu spotkania jeżeli uzna, iż tatuaż jest niedostatecznie wygojony lub pojawiły się zmiany na ciele uniemożliwiające prawidłowe wykonanie go. W przypadku braku akceptacji nowego terminu klient może ubiegać się o zwrot opłaty za rezerwacje terminu.

• Studio ma prawo odmówić wykonania tatuażu bez podania przyczyny. 

• Tylko osoby pełnoletnie mogą zostać poddane zabiegowi w studio. Osoba niepełnoletnia (powyżej 16 roku życia) może zostać poddana zabiegowi wyłącznie za zgodą osobistą i pisemną opiekunów prawnych oraz w ich obecności.

• Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu klient zobowiązany jest do poinformowania tatuatora o swoim stanie zdrowia, zapoznania się z ostrzeżeniem dotyczącym powikłań pozabiegowych, będących skutkiem nieprzestrzegania zasad pielęgnacji lub nieświadomości posiadanych chorób lub alergii i podpisania oświadczenia o akceptacji ryzyka. W przypadku zatajenia lub podania nieprawdziwych informacji o stanie zdrowia, studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne komplikacje.

• W salonie obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu oraz spożywania napojów alkoholowych i innych środków odurzających.

• W salonie obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz dotykania wszelkich przedmiotów służących do wykonywania tatuażu oraz materiałów pomocniczych. Nie przestrzeganie zaleceń może grozić trwałą utratą zdrowia.

• Osoby poddające się tatuowaniu muszą bezwzględnie stosować się do ogólnych zasad sanitarnych obowiązujących w pomieszczeniu zabiegowym. 

• W przypadku, gdy tatuaż wykonywany jest przez tatuatora gościnnego, studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wykonany tatuaż. W razie ewentualnych poprawek prosimy o kontakt bezpośrednio z tatuatorem, który przenosił wzór na skórę.

• W przypadku, gdy tatuaż był wykonany lub rozpoczęty przez tatuatora, który nie współpracuję już ze studiem White Rabbit Tattoo Parlour, w celu dokończenia lub poprawy tatuażu prosimy o kontakt bezpośrednio z artystą. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za brak kontaktu z nieobecnym tatuatorem.

• W przypadku prac rozłożonych na kilka spotkań, jeżeli klient nie pojawia się częściej niż pół roku w celu dokończenia tatuażu, tatuator ma prawo do rezygnacji z kontynuowania współpracy, a wzór może ponownie wrócić do puli dostępnych motywów. 

• Tatuator zastrzega sobie prawo do przerwania wykonywania tatuażu w przypadku stwierdzenia pogorszenia się samopoczucia klienta lub wystąpienia zmian w strukturze skóry.

• Po wykonanym zabiegu, każdy klient informowany jest na temat zasad pielęgnacji tatuażu podczas procesu gojenia. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji po wykonanym zabiegu. W razie jakichkolwiek wątpliwości co do sposobu gojenia się tatuażu, należy kontaktować się z nami osobiście, telefonicznie lub droga mailową. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wystąpienie szeroko pojętych zmian skórnych po zabiegu lub po latach.

• Bon upominkowy zakupiony w studio ważny jest przez okres 6 miesięcy, w tym czasie trzeba ustalić termin sesji. W przypadku nie ustalenia terminu kwota bonu przepada.

• Zabukowanie termin w przypadku bonu podlega tym samym zasadą co zwykłe zabukowanie.

• Zastrzegamy sobie prawa autorskie do wykonywanych zdjęć, projektów i tatuaży.

• Prosimy o nie przyprowadzanie małych dzieci i zwierząt. Przychodząc na wykonanie tatuażu prosimy o przyprowadzanie nie więcej niż jednej osoby towarzyszącej.

• Proces wykonania tatuażu jest zabiegiem nieodwracalnym. Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu prosimy o rozwagę.

• The customer has to read the regulations of the shop.

• All prices are contractual prices. The price depends of the size, style, color or detail of the tattoo or in case of large tattoos based on the number of all-day sessions.

• The booking can be made by phone, by e-mail, through the official Facebook page or in person in the studio.

• Booking the date should be confirmed by paying the prepayment for the session in the amount agreed with the tattoo artist. If you book a few dates, the prepayment is charged for each meeting. Prepayment can be made personally in the studio, by paypal or bank transfer. The paypal account details and account number are sent by email. Pre-payment is included in the final price of the tattoo and is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.

• The studio waits 48hours for a deposit. After this time the reserved date of tattooing is canceled.

• The customer has the right to change the date of the session, no later than four business days before the date of the session. The customer losts the deposit if he/she didn’t show up on the day of tattooing. In this situation booking a new date requires a new deposit.

• The deposit could be refunded no later than seven working days before the tattooing date.

• The tattoo artist has the right to change the date of the meeting if he / she thinks that the tattoo is not healed or there are skin/health issues that make it impossible to continue it properly. If the new date is not accepted, the client may apply for a refund of the deposit.

• The studio has the right to refuse to make a tattoo.

• We work with adults only.

• Inform your artist of any medical issues that you might have. If you give us a false information about health, the studio is not responsible for any complications.

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, using drugs are strictly forbidden.

• Touching any objects used to making a tattoo is strictly forbidden. Listen to your tattoo artist.

• In the case where the tattoo was made by a guest tattooer, the studio is not responsible for the tattoo. In case of any corrections, please contact the tattoo artist who made your tattoo.

• In case the tattoo was made or started by a tattoo artist who does not work in White Rabbit Tattoo Parlour, please contact the artist directly to complete the tattoo. Studio is not responsible for the communication problems with tattoo artist who doesn’t work in our shop anymore.

• In the case of work divided into several meetings, if the client does not appear more than half a year to finish the tattoo, the tattoo artist has the right to resign from continuing the tattoo, and the design can be used once again.

• The tattoo artist reserves the right to stop tattooing if there will be some changes in skin structure or health issues.

• After tattoing customer is informed how to care a tattoo during the healing process. Studio is not responsible for non-compliance with the care rules. If you have any doubts about the way the tattoo is healed, please contact us in person, by phone or by e-mail. Studio is not responsible for the problems with a tattoo or skin around the tattoo after years.

• A gift voucher purchased in the studio is valid for 6 months.

• We reserve the copyrights for photos, designs and tattoos.

• Please do not bring children or animals with you. Your tattoo artist will really appreciate it if you can find a ‘sitter’ for the kids so that you can come to the studio alone. Tattoo studios are not a place for children.Its not a playground & not a daycare center. There are too many hazards for children to be exposed to. It’s an adult environment some of the conversations, images etc. might not be appropriate for kids. Children can be very distracting to you, your artist and other clients. Keep in mind you might be staying there for a couple of hours, kids get bored, tired, hungry, restless and start complaining or acting up.

• We ask for coming with no more than one accompanying person.

• The tattooing process is an irreversible procedure. Be sure that is exactly what you want, after all, tattoos are permanent. You don’t want to waste your artists time by being unsure or indecisive.
